This page explains what Eve Beauty Source collects when you order, why it is collected, and what you can ask us to do with it.

  1. What we collect

    We collect what an order needs and little else: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number and the contents of the order.

  2. Why we collect it

    That information is used to process the order, arrange delivery, handle returns and answer any questions about it. It is not sold or rented to anybody.

  3. Who else sees it

    Delivery details go to the carrier, and payment details go directly to the payment provider. No other third party receives your data.

  4. Cookies

    This site uses cookies to hold your basket between pages and to remember a signed-in session. Blocking them stops the basket working but does not otherwise prevent browsing.

  5. How long we keep it

    Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact details on a closed order are removed on request once the return window has passed.

  6. Your rights

    You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it once the order and its return window are closed. Write to [email protected].

  7. Children

    This shop is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

  8. Changes to this policy

    If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this page. Material changes affecting existing orders will be sent to the email address on the order.
