Shipping

Orders are picked and packed from our own stockroom, then handed to a national carrier for delivery anywhere in the United States.

We currently ship within the United States only. We are not able to send orders internationally, and we do not deliver to freight forwarders.

How long it takes

Orders placed on a business day are usually packed within one to two business days. Carrier transit then adds roughly two to five business days depending on the destination.

You receive an email confirmation immediately.

Picked and packed

One to two business days in our stockroom.

Handed to carrier

A despatch email with tracking is sent to you.

Delivered

Typically two to five business days after despatch.

Addresses

Check the delivery address before you confirm. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot redirect it, and anything returned to Eve Beauty Source as undeliverable is refunded less the outbound shipping.
