Refund and Returns Policy
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return.
How to return something
Email [email protected] with your order number and the item you want to return.
You get return instructions and the address to send it to.
Pack it as it arrived so it survives the journey.
Once the return reaches us and passes inspection, the refund goes back to the original payment method within five to seven business days.
Condition
Items must be unused and in the packaging they arrived in, with any seal intact.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept anything that has been used on skin or in the mouth once the seal is broken.
Who pays for the return
Return postage is yours to pay unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered — in those cases we cover it.

Warranty
Where a manufacturer offers its own warranty, that warranty is between you and the manufacturer and its terms come in the box. Our responsibility is the one set out above: goods that arrive as described and in working order. Eve Beauty Source does not add a separate store warranty on top.
