Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled at no cost right up until it is packed. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier it has to be handled as a return instead.
The timeline
Cancel free of charge. Nothing has left the stockroom.
Call +1 212-969-0030 — we can often still stop it at the bench.
The order cannot be cancelled; use the returns process instead.
A cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method, normally within five to seven business days.
How to cancel
The quickest route is the phone: +1 212-969-0030 during Mon–Sat: 10:00 AM–9:00 PM · Sun: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM. Email [email protected] works too, but the phone catches the order before it is packed.
Cancellations by us
Occasionally Eve Beauty Source has to cancel an order — the last unit was damaged in the stockroom, a price was wrong, or the address is outside our delivery area. You will be told why and refunded in full, and we will not substitute a different product without asking.
